Have materials left after a job, but no where to store them? Donate them and you may be able to receive a tax benefit! RePurpose Depot accepts building material donations - whether a few pieces of Hardi plank or some extra plywood. Pick ups may be available. Register to find out more!
If you're remodeling a house, you will likely have materials that can be donated to The ReUse People & RePurpose Depot. By donating the materials being removed during a remodel, your clients may be able to receive a tax benefit. You look like a hero! Have donations become a standard part of your practice.
RePurpose Depot is the Houston-area partner warehouse of The ReUse People (TRP), a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to keeping building materials out of the landfill. We accept building material donations on behalf of TRP and redistribute them to the general public.
We can accept small donations (under $5,000) or work with a certified appraiser to accept donations over the IRS limit of $5,000.
We ask that all donations be relatively clean and in condition that someone could reuse them. We have limited staff to be able to sort and fix.
